Mettafy app for iPhone and iPad

Mettāfy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that teaches meditation to those who are battling addiction to help bring some clarity, calm and joy into lives that are often consumed by busy minds.  Addiction can come in many forms; people can be addicted to drugs or alcohol in the same way they can be addicted to technology or relationship. Mettāfy teaches us to work with these unhealthy habits mindfully and with compassion.

All donations go to creating more content with the goals of teaching these skills of mindfulness and compassion to anyone who seeks them.
